Roger at Fenne

Roger at Fenne was born ca. 1478 in Sussex, England, son of John and Joan at Fenne of Gibbshaven, probably named after his grandfather. He appears in a court roll for the manor of Hedgecourt as a juror in 1495. He was named in the Lay Subsidy Rolls for the County of Sussex, 1524–1525. His inheritance of land from the death of his father John in 1530 is recorded in the Court Books of South Malling Lindfield. He died ca. 1545 at Gibbshaven, Sussex, England.
