[b 8 Apr. 1958 at Brooklyn, NY] David earned his BA at Pace University and his MBA at the University of Chicago. He m Zuzanne Pavlus [b 25 Apr. 1958 at Berwyn, IL] on 12 Dec. 1987. She received her BA at Northwestern Unviersity in Evanston, IL and her MM there in Aug. 1984. Zuzanne worked as a financial systems consultant and then turned her attention to being a homemaker. She is the daughter of Paul George Pavlus and Ruth Pauline Adent, both of Czech ancestry.
