Richard Curtis Fenner
[b 7 Feb. 1934 at New York City] Richard taught music at the City College in San Francisco. He m 1st Marina Kossiak [b 19 Jan. 1935], daughter of Andrew Arwedloys Bock and Anastasia Kossiak. Marina received her masters degree in Comparative Literature at the University of Michigan and her masters in Reading at the University of California, Berkeley, and taught English at several community colleges in California. They divorced on 21 Sept. 1973. On 20 Oct. 1973, Richard m 2nd Christine Lee Stephenson [b 5 Nov. 1945 at Jacksonville, FL], daughter of Durward Robert
Stephenson and Samantha Jean McKinnon. She had two children by a previous marriage: Geoffrey Robert Rau [b 21 July 1965] and Gregory Douglas Rau [b 20 Aug. 1969]. Richard m 3rd Li Pinjie [b 19 Aug. 1974 in Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province, China], daughter of Li Zhenglin and Xiao Xiuying, on 14 July 1997. Pinjie’s name means pure quality. She earned her BA at East China Normal University and was a teacher of Chinese at Zhejiang University in China until her marriage. They live in Berkeley, CA.
