[b 20 Nov. 1889 at Louisville, KY; d 13 Jan. 1945 at Walworth, WI] Percy Fenner m 1st Ernestine Lorene Bingham [b 1 Oct. 1888 at Rock Co., WI; d 15 Dec. 1926 at Ft. Myers, FL; bur Milton, WI], daughter of Elmer L. Bingham and Daisy Howard, on 13 Oct. 1913 at Milton, WI. Ernestine was the oldest of twelve children. Percy and Ernestine had only lived in Ft. Myers about a year when Ernestine died; she had been a linotype operator at Ft. Myers Press. Howard was 11. Percy and Howard moved back to Wisconsin.

Percy m 2nd Leona Eloise (Taylor) Miller [b 24 Jan. 1902 at Milwaukee, WI] daughter of Arthur Taylor and Lillie Poquette, ca. 1929. Leona had a son from a previous marriage. Percy and Leona evidently divorced before 1940; in 1940, Leona and Chauncey [b ca. 1921] were living with the Taylors; Percy and Howard were living at the Walworth County Jail, Elkhorn, WI, with Percy as Deputy Sheriff.

Between 1940 and 1945, Percy m 3rd Ruth E. — [b 15 Aug. 1908; d 24 Nov. 1971 at Walworth, WI].
