He m Mary Ann Vandervort [b 14 Nov. 1950 at Painesville, OH] on 14 June 1975. Mary, who is a math teacher at St. John High in Ashtabula, has five siblings: Michael A., Jean M. (Vandervort) Forman, Thomas J., David J., and John G. She was the daughter of Gerald M. Vandervort and Helene Elizabeth Grof. Clifford and Mary Ann live in Geneva, OH.
